Mobile Wallet for Payments & Access
Students and staff can use their Mobile ID for contactless payments at dining halls, bookstores, vending machines, and campus events. The mobile wallet integrates seamlessly with your existing payment infrastructure, supporting meal plans, flex dollars, and declining balance accounts.
Beyond payments, Mobile ID serves as a universal access credential for attendance tracking, building access, event check-in, and library services—eliminating the need for physical cards while providing enhanced security and convenience.
Selfie Verification & Photo Upload
Students can easily upload a selfie photo directly from their mobile device for identity verification. The photo is securely transmitted to staff for review and approval, ensuring that only verified users can activate their Mobile ID.
The selfie becomes the student's official ID photo once approved, displayed on their mobile credential with a secure barcode for scanning across campus services. This streamlined process eliminates the need for in-person photo sessions while maintaining security.
Intelligent Verification System
Our intelligent verification system uses machine learning to analyze uploaded selfies and ID documents, providing staff with a confidence percentage for each verification request. This helps staff quickly identify legitimate submissions and flag potential issues for closer review.

Once approved, the Mobile ID displays a secure barcode that can be scanned at any campus service point—from dining halls and libraries to attendance kiosks and event venues. The barcode is dynamically generated and linked to the student's account in your SIS, ensuring real-time data synchronization.
Staff can scan the barcode using existing campus scanners, mobile devices, or dedicated kiosks. Each scan is logged and tied to the specific service, location, and timestamp—providing comprehensive tracking for compliance, security, and operational analytics.
Connected to Your Student Information System
Mobile ID is directly connected to your Student Information System, ensuring that student data, enrollment status, and account balances are always up-to-date. When a student's status changes in the SIS, their Mobile ID access is automatically updated in real-time.
